Summary

This study tests an experimental oral drug, PKN605, to see if it can reduce the amount of time people with atrial fibrillation spend in an irregular heart rhythm. About 165 adults with a history of AF will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to measure AF burden using ECG patches over the study period.
