Summary

This study tests a temporary device called 'Pivot Bridge' in 20 adults with severe tricuspid regurgitation (a leaky heart valve) who are already on medication. The device is implanted for up to one week to see if it safely improves valve function and symptoms. The goal is to provide short-term relief without requiring lifelong medication.
