Summary
This study looks at whether a plant-based product called Pivit can help overweight adults lose weight and control their appetite. About 125 people with a BMI between 25 and 35 will use the product at home for three months and report their weight and feelings of hunger. The goal is to see if Pivit is a helpful tool for weight management.
