Summary

This study is testing whether a medication called pitolisant can help improve social skills and daily functioning in boys with autism spectrum disorder. Researchers are comparing the drug against a placebo in 62 children and teenagers over 12 weeks to see if it's safe and effective. The main goal is to see if it helps with social interactions and reduces autism-related challenges.
