New hope for elderly lymphoma patients: targeted pill without chemo

Summary
This study tests a daily pill called pirtobrutinib in elderly patients (70+) with mantle cell lymphoma who are too frail for standard chemotherapy. The drug targets a specific protein to control the cancer. Patients will take the pill until the disease worsens or side effects become unacceptable. The goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
