This study compares two types of hands-on therapy—Stecco Fascial Manipulation and Rolfing Structural Integration—for people with piriformis syndrome, a condition that causes buttock and leg pain. Forty-two adults aged 25 to 45 with at least four weeks of pain will receive four weekly sessions of one treatment. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain and improves hip movement.
