Summary
This study tested two different stretching techniques to see which works better for people with piriformis syndrome, a condition causing buttock and hip pain. Thirty-six adults with this condition tried either Post-Isometric Relaxation or Post-Facilitation Stretching exercises for four weeks. Researchers measured their pain levels, hip movement, and daily function before and after treatment to compare results.
