Summary

This study tested an oral medication called PIPE-307 in 182 adults with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants took either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo pill for about 30 weeks. The main goals were to check for side effects and measure changes in vision. Researchers also looked at walking speed and hand function. The study is complete, and results will help decide if larger trials are needed.
