Summary
This pilot study aims to test a new digital dashboard designed to help doctors manage complex medication lists more safely. Researchers will enroll 50 people aged 45+ who take five or more medications to see if analyzing their genetics and drug combinations can predict and prevent harmful side effects. The goal is to gather data to build better tools for personalized medication management.
