Scientists use thousands of gut videos to train smarter medical software

Summary
This study collected video footage from over 3,700 patients who swallowed a tiny camera (PillCam SB3) to examine their small intestine as part of their regular care. The goal was to gather a large library of videos showing both healthy tissue and various diseases. Researchers will use this data to develop and test better computer software that can automatically spot problems in future patients' videos.
