Summary
This study compared two different exercise programs to help men recover after cosmetic leg lengthening surgery. It tested whether Reformer Pilates or standard physiotherapy was better at improving muscle strength, flexibility, and daily function. The trial involved 30 men aged 18-45 who had the same type of surgical procedure.
