NCT ID NCT07421531
Summary
This study tested three different exercise programs to see which works best for reducing stress urinary incontinence in women. 78 women with the condition were randomly assigned to do either Pilates, Pilates combined with pelvic floor muscle squeezes, or just the pelvic floor squeezes alone for 6 weeks. Researchers measured changes in symptoms, leakage episodes, and muscle strength to see which approach was most effective.
