Summary
This study looked at whether Pilates or neuromuscular exercises could help young adults with dynamic knee valgus (knock knees) improve their balance and knee control. 36 people were split into three groups: Pilates, neuromuscular exercises, or no exercise. Both exercise groups did supervised sessions three times a week for six weeks. The main goal was to measure changes in knee angle during a jump landing task.
