Can targeted exercises fix a wobbly knee?
NCT ID NCT07192796
Summary
This study tested whether two different exercise programs—Pilates and neuromuscular training—could improve knee alignment and stability in young adults whose knees tend to collapse inward during movement. Thirty-six participants were split into three groups: one did Pilates, one did neuromuscular exercises, and a control group did no special training. Both exercise groups attended supervised sessions three times a week for six weeks to see which method worked better.
