New study tests best combo for stubborn back pain

Summary
This study looks at whether adding a hands-on technique called myofascial release to Pilates exercises helps people with long-term low back pain more than Pilates alone. Thirty adults aged 18 to 45 with pain lasting at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of two groups for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and muscle changes using ultrasound.
