NCT ID NCT07345351
Summary
This study is testing if adding a supervised Clinical Pilates exercise program to standard lifestyle counseling is more helpful for women with jaw pain and dysfunction (TMD). Researchers will compare the two approaches to see which one better reduces pain, improves jaw movement, posture, and quality of life. A total of 62 women will be randomly assigned to receive either counseling alone or counseling plus twice-weekly Pilates for 8 weeks.
