Summary
This study looked at how Pilates and aerobic exercise affect heart health, flexibility, strength, and power in healthy young women aged 18 to 40. Eighty women who had not exercised in the last 6 months were split into four groups: Pilates, aerobic, both, or no exercise. They exercised for 12 weeks, three times a week. The goal was to see which type of exercise works best for improving overall fitness.
