Summary

This study will look at how Pilates and aerobic exercise affect vitamin D and calcium levels in women who recently gave birth. Sixty healthy women aged 18-40 with a BMI of 25-35 will be assigned to either Pilates or aerobic exercise for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which type of exercise better improves these important nutrients.
