NCT ID NCT07308119
Summary
This study compared two types of exercise to see which works better for reducing menstrual pain and improving quality of life. Thirty-two young women with painful periods were split into two groups: one did Pilates three times a week for eight weeks, while the other did aerobic exercise. Researchers measured their pain levels and quality of life before and after the exercise programs to see which approach provided more relief.
