NCT ID NCT07460388
First seen Mar 15, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This small study looked at whether combining Pilates exercises with whole-body vibration could improve bone density, muscle strength, balance, and quality of life in postmenopausal women. Ten women did the program for 26 weeks, and their results were compared to earlier measurements. The goal was to see if this gentle exercise approach could help manage age-related changes, not to cure any condition.
