Summary
This study tested whether adding kinesio tape to a Pilates exercise program helps office workers with long-term neck pain. A small group of 30 participants were split into two groups: one did Pilates alone, and the other did Pilates plus had the special tape applied. Researchers measured changes in pain, neck movement, strength, and quality of life over 8 weeks to see which approach worked better.
