NCT ID NCT07212621
Summary
This study aimed to understand the relationship between core muscle endurance and pelvic floor muscle strength in healthy women. Researchers measured 25 premenopausal women using specialized equipment to see how long they could hold certain core and pelvic floor positions. The goal was to gather knowledge about how these muscle groups work together, not to test a treatment.
