Summary
This study tested whether Pilates exercises could help reduce neck pain in violinists. Thirty violinists with neck pain were split into two groups to do either mat or reformer Pilates for 45 minutes, twice a week, for six weeks. Researchers measured their pain, neck function, and sleep quality before and after the program to see if the exercises helped.
