Can pilates fix your Teen's 'Text Neck'?
NCT ID NCT06893705
Summary
This study tested whether adding Pilates exercises to standard physical therapy could better help teenagers with neck pain and stiffness caused by looking down at phones for long periods. Researchers compared two small groups of teens over six weeks to see which exercise program more effectively reduced pain and improved their ability to move and do daily activities. The goal was to find a better way to manage this common modern discomfort.
