Summary

This study tested whether a Pilates exercise program could help reduce menstrual pain and its related symptoms. 56 women with painful periods completed either the Pilates program or continued their usual routine. The goal was to see if doing Pilates twice a week for six weeks could lessen pain, fatigue, and sleep problems associated with menstruation.
