First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether clinical Pilates exercises can help women who have pain during sex (dyspareunia). Researchers will measure changes in pain, self-esteem, body image, mood, and quality of life. About 20 women aged 18-55 who are sexually active and have this pain will take part. The goal is to see if pelvic-focused Pilates is a safe and effective way to ease symptoms.
