Pilates vs. balance training: the battle for Footballers' ankles

Summary
This study is testing whether Pilates exercises are better than standard balance training for football players who have chronic ankle instability. 88 male players will be split into two groups and do either Pilates or balance training three times a week for eight weeks. Researchers will measure improvements in ankle control, balance, and sports performance to see which method works best.
