Can pilates classes boost your body confidence and happiness?
NCT ID NCT07429604
Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week Pilates program could improve physical and mental well-being in healthy women. Thirty-eight sedentary women, aged 30-50, were split into a group that did Pilates twice a week and a group that did not change their routine. Researchers measured changes in body awareness, posture, flexibility, and life satisfaction to see if Pilates made a difference.
