First seen Mar 01, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing Pilates for 8 weeks helps healthy women aged 30-50 feel more aware of their bodies, improve their posture, become more flexible, and feel more satisfied with life. 38 women who did not exercise regularly were split into two groups: one did Pilates twice a week, and the other continued their normal routine. Researchers measured changes before and after the program using simple tests and questionnaires.
