Summary

This study looks at how a single session of Wunda Chair Pilates or mat Pilates affects balance in healthy women aged 18-45. Forty regular Pilates practitioners will be randomly assigned to one type of exercise. Balance is tested before and right after the 45-minute session using standard tests like standing on one leg and timed walking.
