New diabetes combo drug put to the test in nationwide trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called Piemonte association for people with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar is not well controlled. About 480 adults will receive either the new drug or a placebo to see if it safely lowers blood sugar levels. The trial is currently recruiting participants.
