New hope for Tough-to-Treat colorectal cancer: drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination (pidnarulex and cemiplimab) in people with advanced colorectal cancer that no longer responds to standard treatments. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can slow or stop cancer growth. About 86 adults with a specific type of colorectal cancer (MSS) will participate.
