Summary

This study tests a stepwise program called PICONI to help pregnant women with depression or anxiety. About 600 women who screen positive for these conditions will either receive the program (which includes self-study materials and optional talks with an obstetrician) or standard care. The goal is to see if the program reduces symptoms and improves well-being for both mother and child.
