New hope for advanced hodgkin lymphoma: drug combo trial launches

Summary

This study tests whether adding pianzumab to standard chemotherapy (AVD) helps more people with newly-diagnosed advanced classic Hodgkin lymphoma achieve remission. About 108 adults with stage III-IV or high-risk stage IIB disease will participate. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and improves complete response rates.
