First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study is testing a device called the p48/p64 MW HPC to treat wide-neck brain aneurysms, which are bulging blood vessels that can burst and cause a stroke. About 214 adults with unruptured or previously treated aneurysms will receive the device. The goal is to see if it can safely block the aneurysm and prevent future strokes.
