Can piano training make your weaker hand as good as your strong one?

NCT ID NCT06530355

Summary

This study aimed to understand how piano training affects hand skills. Researchers compared the non-dominant hand of 10 pianists to the dominant hand of 10 people who don't play instruments. They measured hand preference, dexterity, and reaction time to see if musical training improves coordination in the less-used hand.
