Summary

This study looked at whether a single session of physiotherapy or massage can help premature babies in the NICU feel less stress and pain, and sleep better. 60 preterm infants were randomly assigned to receive routine care, massage, or a specific physiotherapy technique. The goal is to find simple, drug-free ways to support the health and comfort of these vulnerable newborns.
