NCT ID NCT07231354

Summary

This study tested whether a structured physiotherapy program could help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression in children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Researchers enrolled 117 participants aged 6-18 and randomly assigned them to either receive the physiotherapy program or continue with their usual care. The program included breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and gentle movements designed to support emotional regulation.
