Summary
This study tested whether a special physiotherapy program could help reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression in children and teenagers with autism or ADHD. Researchers worked with 117 kids aged 6 to 18, randomly assigning them to either try the physiotherapy exercises or continue with their usual care. The physiotherapy included breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and gentle movements designed to help with emotional regulation.
