Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized exercise and education program can reduce pain, improve muscle strength, balance, and quality of life in one adult with melorheostosis, a rare bone condition. The participant will follow a structured physiotherapy plan, and researchers will measure changes in symptoms and function.
