Could a Hands-On approach ease your back pain faster in the ER?

NCT ID NCT06987656

Summary

This study looked back at patient records to see if adding physical therapy to standard pain medication helped people with sudden, severe back pain in the emergency room. Researchers compared 150 patients who got only medication to those who also got hands-on therapy and exercises. The goal was to see if the combined approach led to less pain, fewer return visits, and happier patients.
