Hands-On therapy tested to soothe Post-Colonoscopy tailbone pain

NCT ID NCT07438678

Summary

This study tested whether a combination of hands-on joint mobilization and specific exercises could help people with tailbone pain that started after a colonoscopy. Researchers worked with 42 adults to see if this physical therapy approach could reduce their pain, improve their movement, and enhance their quality of life. The goal was to find a non-drug treatment to manage this specific type of discomfort.
