Summary
This study will compare one-on-one physical therapy sessions with group-based therapy for people recovering from a femoral neck fracture (a type of hip fracture). Forty adults aged 50 and older in Gaza will be randomly assigned to either individual or group therapy for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure improvements in daily activities, pain, sleep, and mood to see which approach works better.
