Summary
This study is testing if patients can safely go home the same day after a knee or hip replacement without needing final clearance from a physical therapist. Instead, patients get training before surgery and nurses help them walk after. Researchers will track if this change leads to more falls, ER visits, or readmissions compared to the standard process.
