Can a culturally tailored program get older hispanic adults moving to fight dementia?

NCT ID NCT06362824

Summary

This study is testing a 12-week, remote program designed to help older Hispanic/Latino adults become more physically active. Researchers want to see if this culturally adapted approach improves exercise habits and confidence, with the goal of helping participants meet activity guidelines. The study aims to see if increasing physical activity could help protect against Alzheimer's disease in this higher-risk community.
