Summary
This study aimed to understand the specific barriers that prevent teenagers with high blood pressure (hypertension) from being physically active. Researchers surveyed 66 adolescents aged 10-19 who had been diagnosed with hypertension. The goal was to identify the obstacles these teens face, such as family environment or personal expectations, to inform better support and counseling in the future.
