Summary

This study tested whether a 10-week education program about physical activity, either alone or combined with a weekly exercise class, could improve fitness in healthy but inactive young adults. Researchers enrolled 216 participants aged 18-25 who spent most of their day sitting. The goal was to see if learning about healthy habits could lead to lasting improvements in strength and endurance.
