Summary

This study tests a psychological resilience program designed to reduce phubbing (snubbing others for your phone) and improve communication skills in nursing students. About 90 students aged 18-30 will either join the program or a control group. Researchers will measure changes in phubbing behavior, communication skills, and resilience.
