NCT ID NCT07596927
First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a light-activated curcumin gel can heal painful mouth sores in people with epidermolysis bullosa, a rare skin-blistering condition. Twenty participants will receive the treatment for three days, and researchers will track healing and quality of life. The study also looks for saliva markers that could simplify diagnosis.
