First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether routine follow-up by phone or video is as safe as in-person visits for people with non-functioning pituitary tumors. About 812 participants will be monitored for two years to compare rates of serious side effects like adrenal crisis or severe sodium imbalances. The goal is to see if remote check-ups can reduce hospital visits without compromising safety.
