Can a class teach teens to look up from their phones and understand mental health?
NCT ID NCT07186075
Summary
This study tested whether a special education program could help high school students. The goal was to see if learning about mental health and the habit of ignoring people for your phone (called 'phubbing') could improve their knowledge and reduce that phone-focused behavior. Researchers compared a group of 36 students who got the lessons to a similar group that did not.
